Hey! Zac here and as a husband and father of 4 crazy kids, I know how busy life is, which can make it challenging to be healthy.

So, here’s 3 tips to help you beat the busyness-

  1. Out-Plan the craziness by writing out a simple but healthy menu for the week with easy meals for your busiest nights!
  2. Prep your fruits, veggies and snacks ahead of time, saving you a ton of time, stress and, you’ll actually eat them!
  3. Manage your stress so you stay in control. This is the key because if our emotions take over, that great plan goes right out the window and we’re in the pantry eating Oreos!
