Alright, real talk time. 

Because I'm your friend, no fluff here. It doesn't serve you and life's too short. 

And I know you want to win. 

So... it's time to start getting your butt to bed. 

Or you don't get to keep complaining that you're tired. Or unmotivated. Or not losing weight. 

Because, as you already know, if you got more sleep, you'd instantly have more of all three, plus so much more.

Sleep is magic. One of the most underrated aspects of health and fitness. 

It's when our bodies recover and build more muscle, which increases our metabolism.

It's when our minds recharge, keeping us motivated.

It's when our hormones get replenished.

It helps our bodies lose weight.

And that’s just the short list.

Sleep. Is. Magic.

I know, I know, I hear all your excuses already. But, I'm not buying them. I've got 4 kids, ages, 6, 7, 8 and 11.

I’m not saying it's easy, I know how busy life is, but if you want better results, you have to get over it and find a way to make it happen. 

Set a reminder on your phone to start winding down and getting ready.

Throw in your airpods and do a guided meditation. 

Say no to whatever it is that's keeping you up.

It'll be there tomorrow. And so will you.

With more energy and motivation.

Get your butt to bed!
