Hey guys! Alright, let's talk New Year's goal setting.

Setting fitness goals for the coming year can be fun, exciting and a powerful catalyst for change and creating momentum, but it has to be done right.

Most people do it terribly wrong.

Here are 5 quick tips to set yourself up to win - and get crazy fit - this coming year-

1- START WITH WHY

The more emotion we have connected to what we want to achieve, the more strength we'll find and commitment we'll have to stay the course and make it happen- all year long. Shit's gonna get hard. You'll need big WHY's to stick it out.

2- START SMALL

Starting with a small, simple and sustainable plan will help you build momentum and ultimately lead you to success! Small and sustainable is the key, go extreme and you'll burn out!

3- START ON YOU

Health and fitness is an inside-first game, it starts with you and how you're working - or not working - on the inside. Avoid the inner work and you'll keep self-sabotaging over and over. Grow as you go and getting fit will be a much smoother process!

4- START CELEBRATING

Trainer's permission to party more. Celebrating every bit of progress along the way builds confidence and creates momentum that turns small wins into big ones!

5- STOP QUITTING

And last, but most important, don't quit- no matter what. Getting fit is going to be hard and challenge you on every level, but stay committed and trust the process. Your best self - and life - is on the other side of all the hard. Stop quitting.
