HOW YOUR TRAINER DOES FIVE GUYS!

Want to know what your trainer eats almost every Friday night?

It's definitely not grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli with a gallon of water. Hell no. 

It's a big 'ol burger from Five Guys, with fries, fry sauce and a Coke. Regular, not diet. 

And I enjoy every single bite of it. 

You know I love food. And I love eating out with my family. 

And I love not being weird while I do it. 

I like to enjoy it. 

How do I do this without sabotaging my health and fitness?

I build this meal the exact same way I do all of my others-

  1. A palm-size portion of protein
  2. A palm-size portion of carbs
  3. A palm-size portion of fruits/veggies

1-2-3 and done! (More on this in Fearless With Food!)

I get my burger lettuce wrapped. I grab an equal portion of fries. And yes, I dip them in a little fry sauce. And then I wash it all down with some Coke. Regular. No diet shit for me. Ever.

And I can do all that because I stop when I'm full.

I don't eat to the should-have-stopped-a-long-time-ago point.

And I can do this because I manage my stress so I don't take it to food.

Remember, when we're consistent around the fundamentals, we don't have to be extreme. 

And we can enjoy fries with some f-----ing  sauce. 

And don't have to be weird.
